Hari abibaza niba “Stroke” ivurwa igakira

Kuri iki kibazo bamwe bibaza, Dr. Kabakambira avuga ko iyi ndwara ishobora kuvurwa igakira, ariko iyo yafashe igice kinini cy’ubwonko uwayirwaye akenshi iramuhitana.

Yagize ati: “Iriya ndwara aho ibera mbi; iyo yafashe igice kinini cy’ubwonko, guhumeka bikanga, ubwonko bukangirika, akenshi iraguhitana, iyo idahise iguhitana ako kanya haba hari amahirwe ko ushobora gukira”.

Yakomeje agira ati: “Hari imiti tuguha bikajyana no kukwitaho kuko ntuba ufite ubwenge; uburyo wamiraga ibiryo ukabiboneza neza mu rwungano ngogozi noneho biba bishobora kuyoba bikajya mu bihaha,…Ibyo akenshi ni byo bihitana abantu mu gihe kirekire iyo itahise ibahitana”.

Kuri ubwo bufasha umurwayi ahabwa hiyongeraho n’ubwo kumugorora buhoro buhoro kugira ngo ibice byagagaye byongere bikore.

Ati: “Hari abakira ariko bagasigara bacumbagira, hari n’abakira burundu ntube wamenya ko bayirwaye, biterwa n’igice cy’ubwonko cyari cyarangiritse”.

Iyo ubashije kubona uburyo bwo kwitabwaho bwiza, ushobora kubaho. Mu gihe hari ugaragaje ibimenyetso by’iriya ndwara, aba agomba guhabwa ubutabazi bwihuse, akajyanwa kwa muganga.

Dr. Kabakambira avuga ko iyi ndwara yo kwangirika k’ubwonko iri mu zica cyane.

Ati: “Hari abaganga bakoze ubushakashatsi hano  mu Rwanda; twabonye ko abarenga  60% bayirwaye bapfuye, ni ukuvuga ko mu bantu 10 bayigize  6 barapfa, ni ndwara yica cyane, ibyoroshye ni ukuyirinda aho kuvuga ngo uzayivuza”.

Bumwe mu buryo bwo kwirinda

Ibyagarutsweho bitera iriya ndwara ni ibintu umuntu yagira icyo akoraho kugira ngo bihinduke yirinde, ariko hari n’ibindi bidashobora guhinduka nk’imyaka, kuko uko umuntu akura aba afite ibyago byo guhura n’uburwayi butandukanye.

Kwita ku mirire

Dr. Kabakambira ati: “Mu ndwara zitandura ari zo diyabete, umuvuduko w’amaraso, za kanseri, asima n’izindi, izo dufiteho uruhare twebwe ku myitwarire yacu ni umuvuduko w’amaraso na diyabete, cyanecyane nka Diyabete ( ubwoko bwa kabiri) ahanini ishobora kubaho bitewe n’uburyo umuntu yitwaye.”

Yakomeje agira ati: “Diyabete ishobora kuza bitewe n’uko urya cyangwa unywa isukari nyinshi, umubiri ukayihinduramo ibinure, uko ugira ibinure byinshi, umusemburo wagombye kuba ugabanya ya sukari urananirwa, noneho ukanaba mukeya mu mubiri ukarwara diyabete.”

Avuga ko iyo diyabete igeze mu mubiri yica udutsi duto aho turi hose, mu maso, mu mutima mu mpyiko, mu myanya ndangagitsina  n’ahandi, kuzageza ubwo muri utwo dutsi hazamo utunonko cyangwa se utubumbe.

Ati: “Ibijyanye n’imirire ni ingenzi cyane mu kwirinda ziriya ndwara.”

Gukora siporo

Dr. Kabakambira avuga ko gukora siporo ari ngombwa cyane. Ati: “Ni yo mpamvu duhora tugira inama abantu yo gukora siporo kuko iyo bayikoze amaraso atembera neza, ntihabeho turiya tubumbe dufunga imitsi yo mu bwonko, bikagabanya ibinure bitera biriya bibazo byose, kandi bakanipimisha, umenye ko afite diyabete, n’izindi ndwara akavurwa hakiri kare.”

Ikindi ni ukwirinda kwicara igihe kinini. Ati: “Usanga umuntu ahera mu gitondo saa mbiri ageze ku kazi akicara  kuri  mudasobwa agahaguruka saa kumi n’imwe atashye, ni bibi, buri masaha abiri wagombye guhaguruka ukagendagenda, amaraso akongera agatembera.”

Izindi nama atanga

Dr. Kabakambira ati: “Ufite ziriya ndwara ni ugukora ku buryo ajya kwa muganga  bakamubwira niba isukari imeze neza, niba umuvuduko umeze neza, ariko ibyo kugira ngo bimere neza ni uko aba yarabyipimishije azi ko abifite.”
